Agents run on provisioned workers. The last blocker was a node container without registry credentials of its own, so every agent image came back unauthorized while the worker looked perfectly healthy.
Workers replace themselves when the image changes — one at a time, draining each before it goes, and surging first when the fleet is at its floor.
A failed start now says why, on the agent's own page, instead of reporting "starting" forever.
Sessions renew instead of ending after an hour.

Choosing a model and paying for it are one step rather than two disconnected ones.
Channels ask for the right thing per app instead of "address or handle".
New mark: an arcade, which is a wall with two openings and also the letter m.
Spend caps, approvals and the signed record are on the front page, having been built and unmentioned.
